Bubble Pizza

I work part time outside of the home. Four nights a week we get home just after 5pm. We are hungry, tired and want to play. I search for quick and easy meals to make. When I found this Pizza on Pinterest I knew I had to try it!

I whipped it together in 10 minutes and it bakes for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Here is what you will need:
a can of biscuits
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pizza sauce (14 oz. jar)
toppings of your choice (I kept is simple and diced peperoni)
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut your biscuits into quarters and put them into a greased 9×9 pan.

pizza2Sprinkle the peperoni and italian seasoning then bake for 20 minutes.

Add the mozzarella  and Parmesan cheeses and bake 5 additional minutes. Let cool for five or so minutes before you serve it. (If you can stand it.) Enjoy!
