Copycat Wendy’s Frosty Recipe

I found this copycat Wendy’s Frosty recipe on Facebook. I love an easy recipe! This is an easy, cheap way to make a Wendy’s frosty at home. In the summer time I don’t want to be in the kitchen any longer than I have to be! I like to be out enjoying Alaska with my family! I know you like to be out enjoying your family too. This recipe will be something all of you can enjoy together!

Copycat Wendy’s Frosty Recipe

Wendy's Frosty1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
1/2 gallon chocolate milk

Directions: Mix all the ingredients FIRST, then pour it into the Ice Cream Maker. Mix for 30 to 40 minutes until it reaches frozen perfection, pour in a big glass, insert straw and drink!  Once I mixed everything together I put it in the ice cream maker and turned it on. I left it to run for 40 minutes. It was pretty runny, milkshake consistency. So I poured it into a container and put it in the freezer for another 15 minutes to let it set up some more.

I know the kids are back in school and we are saying goodbye to summer. Why not use this as a way to have one more taste of summer. I must warn you, this is not a health recipe. There may be a low fat version floating around. I made this as a treat. One last treat as we say goodbye to summer and start to prepare for winter.

I love those Wendy’s Frosties. I don’t know if I dare bring these ingredients home because I would make the whole thing and eat it. Thanks for sharing at What’d You Do This Weekend.
