Creamy Chicken Alfredo in the Crock Pot

It’s fall! Football season is here. I love this recipe because you can start it at the beginning of the game and by half time you have Creamy Chicken Alfredo to serve to your family room full of football fans.
Pair this with some garlic bread and this will be a feast! Kids will love it and since it is in your crock pot you can enjoy the game as well.
Here is what you need.
Creamy chicken alfredo2Tablespoons of Minced garlic (don’t be stingy on this!)
1Tablespoon of olive oil
2-4 chicken breasts cubed
1Tablesoon of butter
1Pint of heavy crème
1small bag of chopped frozen broccoli
1 8oz pkg of spaghetti noodles (the refrigerator ones, not the dry ones)
salt and pepper to taste
Turn your crock pot to High and let it warm up. Drop in two tablespoons of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter. Stir this around and let it hang out for about 45 minutes. Your house will smell amazing and your guests will be hungry! Cube up your chicken breasts with your kitchen shears to add at the next step.
Add in the pint of heavy crème and the chicken breasts with some salt and pepper for about an hour.
Add the frozen broccoli and spaghetti noodles. Stir together then let it be for about 45 minutes to an hour.

During this time you will want to pop your garlic bread in the oven so it can be ready to go. Enjoy this creamy chicken alfredo with your family or a crowd! So easy and yummy!
